The opening skit in this episode is one of the best I've ever heard.

The production quality and voice acting is truly utterly amazing. Listening to the utterly beautiful flow and banter is actually quite astounding.

I remember how rough our early pods were... nothing fitted into each other. Now the segments are perfectly blended into one another. Great!

Title: The Last Earbender
Dittos.

As part of my work (Technology Trainer for a Missouri school district), I explore new ways to facilitate the use of technology in the classroom. I recently built a series of online tutorials for class podcasting, and in the process, I did a bit of research that included listening to other podcasts. I've also subscribed to TWIT in the past, and other related productions.

And having listened to a fair selection of the "competition," I am well and truly impressed with what we're doing in TCT. Not only is the quality up there with the best of them, but we've settled into an easy-going production routine that makes doing these things a pleasure. When you stop and think that every TCT Talk installment spans several timezones - and occasionally an ocean - that makes it even more amazing. We're at ease with the technology, we've moved past the basics, and we're using it to create art. We're getting better at what we do, both individually and as a team.

The time I spend in front of my microphone is cherished, and I only wish I could do more. It's so cool to click the "Record" button and go into my zone. There's an intimacy there, and the odd phenomenon that I'm more at ease when recording than I am in conversational speech. I know I've mentioned this before, but I've spent most of my life with a frustrating speech dysfluency (a stutter) that I can control pretty well now, but it's still there. But when I'm recording, I'm perfectly fluent. Amazing. Even my wife, who's a Speech Therapist, can't figure that one out. So when you hear Mowog on TCT, you're hearing the way I wish I could speak all the time, and I take great pleasure in that.

The toughest part about doing TCT recently hasn't been with the podcast itself; merely that our reason for being; namely, Uru; comes and goes, and along with it, our subject matter and some of our team members. It leaves us with the odd quandary of having all this talent and enthusiasm, but with little news to report. I hope that the opening of MORE will light a fire under TCT and give us a reason to move on to more and better things.

Mowog

Well said Mowog, our words, as always, touches my heart and I am not even involved with the podcast. You are an inspiration, thank you for being you.
Take care

J'N has been on extended leave due to the fact he is now out of state and busy. So, TCT Techs have been kind of out of the question. Once he gets back we can try to work on that again.

Anthony just doesn't want to get into a discussion with the linux fanboys here at TCT (I have filled the Archiver press room with penguins and have send everybody copies of ubuntu, the cleft is almost entirely filled with them) :D:P

^_^ very nice!

Now, one more of my annoying comments to bother you all with, back in topside...2? I think it was? Someone kept saying "If you build it, they will come", so I had an idea, you could open your next podcast with: "If you write it, they will link"
