I thought I'd start a topic to show what we have in our steam - installed, etc.
Here's mine:

I feel it's important to stipulate that my list isn't my COMPLETE list, as I have a LOT of games that aren't installed ATM. I figured I'd just show what I consider WORTH installing or what I WANT to play right now.

*shrugs* Everything I got there in my list is installed. It looks like a lot, but those little ol' adventure games take up no room at all. I have no idea why Civ IV is in there twice.

I have Portal. That is it, and the reason I downloaded Steam at all, because it was being offered for free.

If you're a PC gamer, Steam is THE BEST. Back up your entire Steam folder and if you ever have to reinstall, just restore it. That saves a LOT of time on reinstallations when you like to beta test new versions of Windows or (like most PC gamers) you have more frequent OS reinstalls than the common Joe.

Hi Tomala,
Did you ever finish Tomb Raider Underworld? I couldn't get very far in that game, it just felt so clunky to me. How do you compare it to Legend? I REALLY liked Legend, personally.

Everyone I know who has Garry's Mod in their Steam list has a ludicrous number of hours poured into it... I never understood why.

In gameplay it's similar to legend, but it has the feel of angel of darkness. The game performs very well on my computers. I'm only about half way through it right now. I keep getting distracted with other things. ![Cone [cone]](./images/smilies/cone.png) Jeff Wise wrote: Everyone I know who has Garry's Mod in their Steam list has a ludicrous number of hours poured into it... I never understood why. There's a bunch of things you can do in it. I use it to goof around or build machinima. I like to work with SourceSDK choreography and then place the data in Gmod so I can properly animate the NPC's and have them say whatever I want them to. I'm planning to release another one eventually.

Thought I'd update with a 'before' as the sales that are going to be soon forthcoming are sure to change the shape of my Steam.
