Great podcast guys. Good to see some non-American staffers too, no offence Jnathus, Maurus, Jeff.
I have to agree with the talk on the 3D movement, it’s a fun illusion to play with but it becomes cumbersome having to wear glasses to watch it, especially when it comes to private entertainment, it simply doesn’t make any real sence to do it for TVs and games outside of the idea glowing pure awesome. Having said that, I enjoyed my first 3D movie even though my eyes were sore at the end. I think the 3D illusion can exsist in movies, but nowhere else, it just makes sence to leave it there, if we still want it of course. -

Hello, Chris, thanks for the lengthy reply. When somebody finally got off of his butt (me) to get the cast out, a lot of things fell into place.
That is an interesting idea – only having 3D in theaters. I like that idea. I mean, really, there is NO WAY I’m wearing glasses watching TV (being that I still have 20/20 vision). Short 3D experiences are fun though… such as that Muppets 3D thing that used to be at MGM Studios in Florida.
Thanks for commenting.

As much as I enjoy the mellifluous tones, droll humor and volumes of good information, I personally think one hour per podcast would be more manageable for listening pleasure…after all, we do need some time to actually play the games, not to mention our real lives.
P.S. What happened to Sh’aeri’s comments and the other things promised?

We’re sort of following the lead of This Week in Tech, and as our podcast is monthly (if that), keeping the length to an hour is something we’ve not managed frequently.
